This wine is structured, tannic, and provides a solid concentration, a lot of fat mid-palate and a lot of red sweet fruits (strawberries and raspberries) and floral aromas and flavors. Managed by Cathy and Christian Bonfils, the Boissan Domaine covers 12 hectares in Gigondas, with other holdings in Séguret, Sablet, Ventoux, Vacqueyras and Cotes du Rhone.
