Description
The Merlot vineyrads are in the nrthern Golan Heights, Israel's coolest viticultural area. The grapes are harvested manually at dawn. The wine is aged 12 months in French oak barrels.
This wine features a deep red color with purple edgers. It has the aroma of black raspberry, mediterranean spices and flavors of red cherry, rapsberry and spices.
