Description

As the Marselan is a fairly new grape variety in the winery, different experiments were done by the winemaking team. Finally we were able to extract the variety's perfection we expected. The Marselan undergoes alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and a temperature of 26C. The wine is then separated from the skins and enters our French oak barrels for malolactic fermentation and additional aging for 18 months.
