Description
Tabor Winery’s vineyards located at the best growing regions in Israel: Galilee, Golan Heights, Jerusalem Mountains, Sirin Heights and Mitzpe-Ramon. In order to give each vine the best treatment we divide the vineyard into small plots according to soil, topography and micro-climate. The best plots are aged in different barrels. The winemakers select the best grape varieties and barrels and age them for 24-32 months. Then they will create the special blends which show the characters of each variety.
