The brand of Champagne « Cl. Chapel » was established in 1948 on the initiative of those winemakers who, immediately after the Second World War, wanted to unite to promote their secular work. With an area of around 30 hectares, the current members, all winemakers from these families are the heart and soul of this land and produce for you rare Champagnes in the Pure Tradition Champenoise.
Pale yellow with straw reflections. Beautiful cord persistent foam. white fruit aromas (pears, white peaches), then let the nose reveals aromas of toast and dried fruit. Then come the mineral touches of flint and a marc spirit scent of water. The attack is lively, fruity and round. Very good balance. Persistence of flavors on the finish.
