Description
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Franc from our Superior Vineyards in the Upper Galilee, Golan Heights and Jerusalem Mountains. The vineyards were harvested early morning, went through cold soak and controlled fermentation. Each wine was aged separately for 18 months in French oak barrels.
