Description

Cabernet Sauvignon is produced by the winery’s exclusive locations from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc. Cabernet Sauvignon is a noble wine grown in the Ben Zimra vineyard at a height of 870 meters above sea level. These grapes are selectively chosen before crushing. The wine rests for 36 months, 60% in French barrels and 40% in American barrels before blending. Label: the illustration adorning the label is detailing from a diamond ring that has passed down through the Shalom family’s generations for over 120 years.

The result is a rick, full bodied wine with layered flavors and aromas. It is both delightful and complex, with the ability to age well over the years.
